Integrity Investment Advisors, LLC, has always been committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information entrusted to us by current and prospective clients.  We are proud of our privacy practices and we want you to know how we protect your information and how we use it in meeting our clients’ needs.

How and Why We Obtain Personal Information

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on your application and other forms that you complete.
  • Information arising from your investment account transactions.
  • Information provided by you regarding your investments, assets, income, future goals, etc.
  • Information from other sources with your consent, such as: other financial institutions, your accountant/attorney and insurance companies with whom you have relationships.

As a registered investment advisor, Integrity Investment Advisors, LLC, collects personal information about you for several reasons. We need to understand your current financial condition and goals in order to make suitable investing and financial planning recommendations. We may also use this information in order to complete transactions with regard to your investment account. The USA Patriot Act and anti money laundering regulations have led to industry rules requiring us to collect certain information to “know our clients”.

How We Protect Your Information

We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who have a need for the information in order to provide our services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in order to guard your nonpublic personal information. If for any reason you decide to close your account with us we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

Circumstances Where We Share Your Information

In many cases we are required to disclose basic information about you to vendors who assist us in servicing your account, such as Fidelity Investments. The information we provide to vendors such as Fidelity is protected by their privacy policies, which should be provided to you at least annually by those vendors. Under no circumstances will our vendors sell your information to outside companies.

Except for the vendor relationships described above, we do not provide or sell your personal information to any outside companies or individuals.
