John Hickey III*, CFP®, EA, QKA, AIF®
John has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry and prides himself on his ability to analyze situations and provide practical alternatives for decision making.
His sense of humor and warm disposition make his clients feel like friends. He enjoys trying new things and is often working on some new endeavor to keep life interesting. He lives with three dogs, three chickens, two cats, three children, and a wife who no longer appreciates his humor.
CFP- A designation issued by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards after meeting all requirements of education and experience.
EA – Enrolled Agent – issued by the Internal Revenue Service, a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers, before the Internal Revenue Service
QKA- Qualified 401K Administrator- issued by the American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries. The Qualified 401K Administrator credential is offered for retirement plan professionals who work primarily with 401K plans.
AIF – Issued by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, this designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility.
William Ruiz, EA, MBA, AIF®
Bill often says that the best part of his job is talking to clients. He enjoys hearing about their recent travels, receiving updates about their families, or hearing about their dreams and plans for their growing businesses. He enjoys guiding individuals and small businesses with their investment and tax planning. Bill believes that his primary role is to help clients achieve their goals through a disciplined, common-sense approach.
Bill enjoys a good spy novel, and to say he loves baseball would be an understatement. He and his wife Norma are the proud parents of two daughters. They enjoy traveling and look forward to exploring new places every year.
Bill earned his BA in History and his MBA in Accounting from Temple University. He has passed the required examinations to represent clients with IRS tax issues. Bill has been awarded the AIF® Designation from the center of Fiduciary Studies™ which signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility.
The job title Client Service Manager cannot begin to encompass all that Melissa does to keep the Integrity Partners office running. Apart from processing distribution paperwork and maintaining client records, Melissa provides support and assistance to her team members so that they stay on track and meet their deadlines. She is the kind and patient liaison between the advisors and their clients.
Melissa earned her BS in Social Science from Penn State. She is an entrepreneur herself and owns a small business in Green Lane. She spends her free time taking walks and reading mystery novels. She is married with two daughters, two cats, and a turtle named Tootsie.
Rachel Ruiz-Greiser, AFSP
While studying Environmental Science, Rachel worked part-time for Bill and John, gaining experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. After working several years in real estate, Rachel joined Integrity Partners full-time. In addition to preparing the tax returns for many of our clients, Rachel is responsible for reporting and maintaining the payroll accounts for small business clients. She is currently studying for her EA designation, so she will be able to represent clients with tax issues before the IRS.
She and her husband share their home with three cats.
Nash holds degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. His logical thinking and meticulous attention to detail have proved indispensable to his tax preparation and accounting work for more than ten years. Nash also provides his tax clients assistance with payroll processing and notary services.
Before Nash joined Integrity Partners, he ran a successful photo business in the North Penn area for over twenty years. He and his wife, Alaka, have two grown children and have lived in the Lansdale area for many years.
Larry has been preparing individual tax returns with Integrity Partners since 2008. He has passed the Registered Tax Return Preparer Examination and has over 20 years bookkeeping experience.
Larry spent 35 years working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the area of Quality Control for the Department of Public Welfare. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and an MBA from Temple University.
Larry loves to travel through America with his wife, taking photographs of the country’s natural wonders along the way.
Amanda Valente Grande
Amanda has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Studies. She welcomes clients with her cheerful disposition and hospitable nature. She provides integral assistance to the team through scheduling and filing. She is an enthusiast for music, poetry and travel, and she recently went on a backpacking adventure through Belize.
